Possible Action to award two (2) Contracts, and one (1) Amendment to an Existing Contract, for the Construction and associated Construction Services for the Hardie Lane Reconstruction Project:

1.)  Award of Contract for Construction to A&K Earth Movers, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $3,624,000.00, plus a 5% contingency of $181,200.00
2.)  Approve Amendment D, to extend the existing Hardie Lane Reconstruction Project Contract for Engineering Services with NCE, and to approve additional funds for Construction Services, in an amount not to exceed $668,000.00.
3.)  Award of Contract for Independent Assurance Testing Services to Lumos and Associates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $55,600.00.

Possible Action to award a contract for copying and printing services to Konica Minolta for a standard operation rate of $2031.57 per month plus all black and white copies/prints billed at $0.00713 per month and all color copies/prints billed at $0.04277 per month.

2.5.

Possible Action to ratify Change Order Number One through Three for the Cedar Street Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project, in an amount not to exceed $76,390.91.

2.6.

Possible Action to approve a request to waive the Liquor License Fee for the California Cowboy Professional Rodeo Association and California Team Event Roping Association rodeos to be held at the Out of Town Park, August 9th through 12th.

Public Hearing, Second Reading – ZMA 2018-002

Consideration and possible action to adopt Bill # 267, as an Ordinance authorizing the City to enact a Zoning Map Amendment, ZMA 2018-002, to change the zoning from NR-1 (Single-Family 6,000 SF) to PF (Public Facility) for a zoning map amendment request from Fernley Swimming Pool District on a site ± 4.97 acres in size located at 300 Cottonwood Lane, Fernley, NV. (APN: 021-131-10).
