Items not included on this agenda cannot be acted upon other than to place them on a future agenda. Public comments are limited to three (3) minutes, please avoid repetition. The Mayor may, at his discretion, hold comments until the second Public Forum at the end of the meeting. (For possible action) Approve and extend the joint funding agreement between the City of Fernley and the State of Nevada, Truckee Meadows Water Authority, Washoe County, City of Reno, and City of Sparks to pay for Nevada's share of costs for the administration of the Truckee River Operating Agreement. The cost allocation for the City of Fernley is $60,000.
