The City of Fernley Public Works Department is currently accepting applications to lease surface water for irrigation for the 2024 irrigation season. Please contact the City of Fernley Public Works Department at (775) 784-9866 to request an application or the applications can be found online at www.cityoffernley.org. All water rights leasing is permitted on a first-come, first-serve basis. All completed applications must be returned to the City of Fernley Public Works Department no later than 4 p.m. December 21st, 2023.
