[ARCHIVED] Message From Waste Management

Your Waste Management Service

Dear Valued Customer,

We are committed to putting people first.  The health and safety of our employees, customers and communities remains our highest priority.  Rest assured, your regular curbside collection will continue as normally scheduled.  Please set your containers out at the curb on your regular collection day and continue to recycle right.

Due to the impact of the unprecedented coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we are temporarily suspending pickup for the following non-essential services effective Monday, March 30.  Suspended services include any items outside of a container that require special handling by a driver, including, but not limited to:  bulky items bag and tag, used oil, etc.  You may place excess waste in an extra, personal cart, and we will collect it.  However, please be advised, our trucks have large, mechanical arms and we can’t guarantee your personal cart won’t accidentally get damaged or dropped.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update you when these suspended services resume.  To ensure you always have the latest information, please visit wm.com/alerts and sign up for notifications.  We appreciate your understanding and thank you for trusting us as your environmental solutions partner.
